Blue Elephant Car Wash

I mean, my car isn't cleaned but they clearly tried by prescrubbing. Don't use the vacuums, they suck (and not how you want) likely due to them never getting cleaned out. They have a shampoo vacuum that might work, but im not sure i trust it enough to try.

This is an awesome car wash! I got the top wash and my car looked so great and two guys washed the front and back with soft brushes as my car was starting to go through and they did an awesome job. I was very pleased and will be back!

This review was long overdue, but DO NOT go here. They snapped off a panel on my SUV and promised to repair it (I have messages between the mechanic's business they sent me to and the owner of the car wash), but they overall wasted my time with the back-and-forth. FYI, the part was not expensive to replace. It was around $100 dollars to replace, but it just goes to show how stingy this place is and how dishonest they are about doing the right thing.

Today was my first time there and I had to cross the river into West Salem but it was so worth it. I had my concerns but I’m so glad I went there and I will go every week now. They don’t have monthly memberships which I was hoping for but two guys scrubbed my whole car before even sending it through the wash tunnel…and they were super nice! My car came out the other end of the wash tunnel sparkling clean…beautiful. I had to plunk quarters for the vacuum but it was powerful so it didn’t take very many. All in all…I would rather pay a little more for a superb wash job by people who are kind and considerate. You get what you pay for. I tried to save money by going to another market carwash in town but the manager was rude and the wash/vacuums needed repairs. Never again. Blue Elephant is my weekly carwash place! Thanks guys! I love a clean car!

A really great cat wash!! They do a good job of prepping before you go through the wash 🧼 It’s lots of fun and my car is spotless when done. I’ll definitely be back again. The entry is around the side or through a coffee drive through but once you figure out how to enter the rest is a breeze. The Blue Elephant 🐘 has excellent service and is a wonderful experience. Who knew washing the car could be so easy and so much fun.
